Buildings produce more and more energy data: meters, BMS, invoices, exports. Yet many operators stay in after-the-fact reporting. They notice drift when it has already cost money. The problem is not always the sensor. It is the absence of a clear path from measurement to decision.

Moving to decisions requires three things. Data reliable enough to be confronted, not a decorative dashboard. Thresholds and alerts that operations can understand.
